GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are intended per person per day, for a stay of at least 2 nights and include:
Taxes and facilities (excluding the new tax called ‘overnight tax’ as it has not been passed as law as yet).

Bicycle hire from 7am to 9pm
Breakfast Buffet
Lunch and evening meal with a menu, and buffet for vegetables and desserts (from 1/6 through to 15/9)
CHECKIN / CHECKOUT
Rooms are available from 2pm on your day of arrival (from 3pm on Saturdays). We kindly ask you to let the Hotel know your approximate time of arrival (especially those arriving after 8pm).
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10am.
BOOKING POLICIES
Bookings without a deposit are not guaranteed. It is possible to confirm by communication of a credit card ( number and expiry date) and the Hotel reserves the right to detract the amount of up to the night stay of a room, excluding meals, or a maximum of Euro 300,00. or it can be sent via bank transfer to the following bank:

Bookings that are with specific special offers and/or promotional offers are to be confirmed by communication of a credit card ( number and expiry date) and the Hotel reserves the right to detract at least 7 nights stay or a maximum of 500,00 Euro, or it can be sent via bank transfer (details above)or with the traditional postal order. Bookings with special offers will not be accepted without a deposit. These bookings also have specific restrictions and conditions, with regards to cancellations and payment. If not specified, the cancellation policy will be as per a standard booking .
Unless otherwise specified, special offers and/or promotional prices cannot be accumulated and are also subject to availability. They can only be asked for on booking and not requested on arrival in the hotel.
Bookings cannot be reimbursed in the case of a no show on the day of arrival, for early departures, for fewer people than stated in the booking or for lunches and meals not consumed.
A confirmed booking is also a guarantee for our customer.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Bookings can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee up until 2pm, 7 days before the date of arrival on the booking, by a written communication either via fax or email. After which the fee will be the cost of the holiday up to a maximum of 3 nights
In the case of late arrival or early departure, excluding the case of a documented force majeure, the guest may be subject to pay the whole price of the holiday up to a maximum of 3 nights standard room, excluding meals. In case of early departure, unless for reasons otherwise documented as force majeure, there will be no penalty as long as the room is freed before 10am. After which the hotel reserves the right to detract the cost of the room including any meals that would have been consumed, as to your booking.
Bookings that are with specific special offers and/or promotional offers can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee up to 2pm of 30 days before the date of arrival on the booking, by a written communication either via fax or email, After which the fee will be the cost of the holiday up to a maximum of 3 nights, unless otherwise stated in the special offer.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash or by any major credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
For bookings that are with specific special offers and/or promotional offers, payment cannot be made by credit card and can be agreed upon in arrival.
For bookings online, credit card data is used as a way of guaranteeing the booking. The hotel reserves the right to detract a maximum of Euro 300,00 as a deposit which will then be communicated to the customer, and also in the case of a late cancellation.
The management reserves the right to ask for payment on arrival for any type of booking.
We do not accept cheques.
